hello, im a 15 year old girl and im really worried about my weight! iv always been self concious of it but its really starting to get to me :( and a dont know a easy plan to follow, can you help me out please?

Hello Julia As a teenager wanting to lose weight it's really important to remember that you must eat healthily in your teens, while your body's doing so much growing.

Cut out junk and processed foods as much as you can and try to take some good exercise every day.
