Keep Eating Healthy

My new years resolution is to continue to eat healthy and and keep my current weight.

I struggled a little bit over the holidays, but who doesn't? Right!

Make small healthy choices everyday and it will add up over time!

Answer Patrick, that's a very good resolution, especially as you are at a healthy weight already.

Most people do some unhealthy eating over the holidays, but if you get back into healthier eating habits now, that excess weight will soon drop off.

Keep making those healthy choices, and soon they'll become second nature.
