Just thought that I would chime in and say that it is a good idea to have a good set of tools for roasting the peppers. Far to often have I burned my hands from using to small of grilling tools. Now, since I have been using my Weber 3-Piece Stainless-Steel Set
I have not had any problems because of the long handles. You can find a larger set
but for roasting peppers all you really need is the first one I mentioned. If you have something like that the your ready to go.
